Jeremy Clements, the grandson of famed NASCAR owner and crew chief Crawford Clements, is already a racing veteran at twenty-two years old. Jeremy has racing in his blood and has racing and plenty of horsepower in his daily life .His family owns and operates Clements Racing Engines, a premier racing engine company that provides winning powerplants for numerous dirt, Hooters Cup and ARCA teams across the nation.

Jeremy began his racing career at the age of seven in go-karts where he picked up 47 feature wins before successfully tackling the various ranks of dirt racing. His focus and determination resulted in numerous feature wins on dirt and multiple track championships in Modified Four-Cylinders and Super Late Models. His dirt experience also proved beneficial in transitioning the determined teen to asphalt racing. The first time I drove a Late Model, I thought, "Man, how do they do it? I didn't know I had that much to learn," stated Clements. "The first time I drove asphalt, I thought it was a breeze."

Jeremy was one of the youngest drivers to ever qualify for a NASCAR Nationwide Series event (18), recently participated in several NASCAR development scouting programs and has turned heads in both the ARCA RE/MAX Series and Nationwide garages . Jeremy has been grouped with fellow young ragers Brian Vickers and Kyle Bush in the past and is looking for his lucky break to unite with a team and sponsor to give him the opportunity to prove his consistency and determination with a season-long opportunity. Jeremy has outgrown the label of a "young gun" and has shown longevity with his talent, distinctive style and charm.

Throughout 2008 he was again mentioned often in the same sentences as Kyle Bush. The Joe Gibbs Racing organization has a strong belief in Jeremy and has entrusted much of their testing, practice, and qualifying efforts of Kyle Bush's No. 18 Nationwide car to Clements. Jeremy has qualified the car as high as second and looks forward to the opportunity to do the same for his own team one day soon.
